Agile Development for Infor CRM Epiphany ( $7.5K Weekly Sprints )

Agile development practices are not new, although their application to Infor CRM Epiphany is. As VisualCube is the premier service provider of Infor CRM Epiphany Services (implementor of Infors' own global sales and marketing solutions), we felt it necessary to further challenge and improve implementation strategies by modeling leading edge techniques such as Agile around Epiphany to dramatically improve the success of projects.

Why Agile? In today's business environment, it is more important than ever to see measurable progress and results in your initiatives earlier, and more often. Gone are the days of long drawn out projects with over managed schedules and under-delivered work product. Introducing earlier, more frequent deliverables and review points means users get to weigh in more often, ensuring that the final solution is optimized for their needs.

How does it work? VisualCube will deliver Epiphany Sales & Service deployments weekly. This process includes daily review sessions with key business users to further refine requirements and adjust priorities and schedules accordingly. This does not mean however that we don't follow good development practices - far from it. We will leverage all of the development tools, automated builds, version management and release management practices we've developed for Epiphany over the last 6 years. Software will be hosted during each sprint and made accessible to all team members in order to collaborate and contribute to the final work product.

VisualCube's Epiphany M.D. is a prescribed two (2) week program that evaluates all components of your Infor CRM solution. We leverage user feedback as well as sophisticated, appliance-based system monitoring to ensure that all data elements are considered.

The following stages are used throughout the process and ensure the success of each evaluation:

  • BASELINE: Identify resource locations and usage patterns
  • MEASURE: Gather information from your solution automatically using an on-site appliance
  • ANALYZE: Consolidate information from the system monitor and the questionnaires to drive diagnosis
  • DIAGNOSE: Present all diagnoses based on the analytical data
  • TREATMENT: Idenfity treatment plans for the leadership team to evaluate and schedule

A mentor is defined as "A wise and trusted counselor or teacher." VisualCube's Epiphany Ph.D. is designed to use the most experienced implementation professionals to impart the wisdom needed to build your coroporate knowledgebase for Infor CRM development, deployment, and administration. We have developed a robust set of very targeted 2-3 day mentoring events with the focus on going deep into one topic, rather than an overiview of many topics.

  • Demystifying Series: Understanding the development details of the base product
  • Sales & Service Extension Series: Understanding BIO, Action, CCF, and PreRender Extensions
  • Sales & Service Integration Series: Details of using multi-datasource and web service integration techniques
  • Sales & Service Data Series: Understanding BIO Transformation and recurring data load techniques
  • Outbound Marketing Series: Details of Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema Creation, and Analytic Manager

All training courses allow up to eight(8) attendees and are conducted on-site. You supply the coffee (Red Bull / Mountain Dew) and we'll supply the developers with Springboard Cloud appliances so they can maximize the time they spend on the material and not on troublesome environments.

Custom Support ( $5K )

Product support teams can only provide so much assistance on solutions that are customized to fit your needs or that have integration to some of your key systems. VisualCube has developed a specialized offering that places our product and solution specialists between you and the product vendor to evaluate custom changes or interfaces for flaws before escalating issues to the product vendor. Your custom support package would include:

  • Access to our online issue tracking system to review or submit issues as they arise
  • Community Portal login to collaborate with other users or implementators to submit questions, read blogs, and suggest new product ideas for your first-line support staff
  • Provide development team assistance with submitted issues based on priority and status
  • Support hours available for up to 6 months after activation
